Heather has practiced exclusively in the area of bankruptcy her entire legal profession. She is also a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. She received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She was admitted to the bar in 2003.

Heather believes that it is important to be treated as an individual. She is aware of the confusion many people have of the bankruptcy law change, and will devote as much time with clients as necessary so they are aware how those changes affect their cases. Heather knows that she can help you a better way.

Lorri Schneider, Paralegal, Office Manager

Lorri has been working in bankruptcy law for over 6 years, before this she worked primarily in management.   She received a B.A. from Cleveland State University.  Lorri will, most likely, be your contact here at our firm and she looks forward to helping you in any way she can.
